Your pet's vet records, organized on your iPhone

Snap a photo of a vet invoice or vaccine certificate. VetKeeper reads it, files the vaccines, weights and visit notes, reminds you before shots are due, and turns it all into one page you can hand to a vet, sitter or kennel.

One-page Pet Health Summary PDF showing vaccine status, recent medications, weight history and visit notes

What VetKeeper does

Scan vet records with AI

Take a photo or pick a PDF of any vet document. VetKeeper uses Anthropic's Claude to pull out each vaccine, the date it was given and when it's next due, plus weights and a short note for each visit. You review everything before it's saved.

Vaccine due dates and reminders

See which shots are current, due soon or overdue at a glance. VetKeeper sends a local reminder 30 days before each vaccine is due, so there's time to book.

One-page PDF summary

Share a clean health summary for each pet — vaccine status, recent medications, weight history and recent visit notes — by AirDrop, Messages or email. Optionally attach the original vet pages as proof of vaccination.

Medication log New in 1.2

Add each medication with its dose, tap Given when you give it, and see the full history — who's had what, and when. VetKeeper records what you give; it doesn't give dosing advice.

Weight history

Weights are picked up automatically from vet documents that list them, so you can see the trend over time.

Visit notes

A brief summary of each visit — date, clinic and what happened — so you can answer "when was the last checkup?" in seconds.

Private by design

Your pets' records, medication log, weights and notes are stored on your iPhone. There's no account and no cloud database. The only thing that leaves your device is a document you choose to scan, which is sent through our relay to Anthropic for reading and isn't stored by us. Read the privacy policy.
